Add 1–2 drops to 10 ml of a carrier oil (such as jojoba or sweet almond oil) and apply gently to the face or body.

• Massage:

Blend with a carrier oil for a soothing massage that relaxes the body and uplifts the senses.

طريقة الاستخدام
• في الديفيوزر:
حطي 3–5 نقط في الديفيوزر لخلق جو هادي وفاخر، مناسب لليل أو التأمل أو الاسترخاء

• على البشرة (بعد التخفيف):
اخلطي 1–2 نقطة مع 10 مل زيت حامل زي الجوجوبا أو اللوز الحلو، ودهني به البشرة بلطف

• للمساج:
يتخلط مع زيت حامل لعمل مساج مهدئ للجسم بيريّح العضلات وبيعزز الاسترخاء

تحذيرات
• للاستخدام الخارجي فقط
• لازم يتخفف قبل الاستخدام على الجلد
• يُفضل عمل اختبار حساسية قبل أول استخدام
• تجنبي ملامسة العينين والأغشية المخاطية
• غير مناسب في أول 3 شهور من الحمل إلا باستشارة طبيب
• يُحفظ بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال
